CONTACT, reservation and payment

You cant book over the phone.

We answer mails in danish and english.

The youth hostel can be contacted on cellphone 589897, but only 12.00 to 20.00. (Danish and English)

Payment at checkin.

We take dk/kr, USD and Euro cash and dankort, we also take most creditcards like mastercard etc but there is a 5% fee on those. There is a ATM at the airport terminal, near the hotel reception.

Cancellation until a month before arrival is not charged. At cancellation later than a month before arrival, is billed for 3 nights.

Larger groups over 15 people and special arrangments kan be cancelled until 2 month before arrival, and the booking is to be payed 1 month before arrival, and there is no refund.

No show is billed for the whole booking.

If you lose key, you will be billed for changing of locks and keys.
